COMPARING 2 TREND BUSINESS IN 2019

So many lifestyle changes that happened in the beginning of 2019. It’s because of the technological development has changed the mindset of human race and now they can invent a communication tools which people can keep in touch from one to the other without worried about space and time. In this globalization era, technology also make some new innovations such as social media application and even a websites to make people easier to communicate to more than just their relatives, even they can meet new people from worldwide.

From that statement, we would like to comparing 2 types of trend business that exist in the past of 2019 until now. The first one is Bluebird Taxi. We know that five years back before 2019 people who wants to go by taxi should order in the taxi pool nearby, and must wait which taxi are ready to be driven then see wether the driver is available or not. The payment is depends on the argometer which appear near the driver. The argometer would change the price if it’s traffic jam. So if the passanger wants to go to far destination, the price of the taxi would be expensive. But now as the time goes by, we starting to know about android and iOS operating system and there we can download so many apps. One person has invented Go-Car by GO-JEK app that also has linked with Bluebird Group. People now don’t need to go to Bluebird pool to order a taxi. Just open the app then choose destination as you wish. People can see the price and it already fixed and won’t be changed. Another business is Tokopedia. This is an app which people can do either online shopping and transaction such as, paying electricity, tv cable/streaming, airplane ticket, and even tax. People used to pay those by going to certain office. And tokopedia build to fasciliate people who are busy with their work.

The way to operate both business are create an application which already available for android and ios operating system so people can download it directly. For Go-JEK, the app is not only for customers. Company also create one app for the driver to accept or reject the passenger if the driver could not reach the destination that passanger wants.

The benefit of using Go-Jek App for order bluebird taxi is the price of the trip is cheaper than before. Because by ordering through Go-Jek, the price is count on the app, not the argometer. Sometimes this app also has a promocode so it can be more cheaper. And the benefit for using tokopedia app is for the customer are easier, no time consuming, and more efficient
