ADA-ADA AJA TRAVEL

Hello, good morning everyone!! I’m Regina as a marketing manager from ”ada ada aja travel” want to offering you a promo for 2019’s trip. We’re pretty sure that this promo is affordable for teenagers and new couples who want to honeymoon. In this promo, we offer you to go to one of the country who well known with it’s kangaroo and koala named Australia. On this trip, we divided into 3 group flights. The first group flight is going to be held on 1st to 5th January, the second group is on 1st to 5th february, and the last group is 1st to 5th march. There’s also buy 4 get 2 promo, which means if you buy 4 holiday packages, you’ll get 2 free holiday packages and get free to certain destination. So, here we will tell you about the rundown of the destination that you’ll visit during the trip. And my friend sarah will explain.
Okay, hi everyone, I’m Sarah and going to tell u about the rundown that we’ll visit. So, the first day, we’ll take off from Soekarno Hatta International Airport by Garuda Indonesia Airlines and will be lay off in Changi Airport Singapore. Then we continue to take off by Singapore airlines and landing in Brisbane Airport. After that we’re waiting to take the suitcases then we directly check in to the hotel near the airport and have a dinner. The next day, we’re going to visit Surfer Paradise which located in Gold Coast. It’s about 1hour 2minutes long journey to get there by bus. Visitors can chill and doing surf, or if the visitors are not be able to surf or swim, they can taking some photos. It has pretty view enough. Then we go on to have a lunch at the restaurant nearest the beach, and if the visitors are muslim, the bus driver will bring you to mosque so you can pray zuhur. Then we continue to go shopping at Pacific Fair which people can buy stuff to bring for their relatives, and after that we go back to the hotel and let the visitors to take some rest. Okay the next rundown will be explained by Atika.
Well, hi everyone!! So, I’ll continue to explain that was Sarah told to you guys, the third day, we’re going to play at theme park which located in oxenford. It’ll takes 47 minutes by bus and the visitors can play as much as they want, the guide will give you a ticket so you can play all the water games there. After that we’re move on to Japanese restaurant to have a lunch. As usual we continue to pray and then we go shopping to Robina Town Shopping Centre. Just for your information, in every shopping center of Australia, there must be a prayer room, so visitor don’t need to worry if anyone want to pray. For enjoying the night, we’re going around and visitors can take photos and after that we go back to the hotel and have some rest because tomorrow we’re going to continue our trip to Melbourne. Hi guys, so I’ll tell you about the next rundown. At 7 o’clock we’re having breakfast and at 9 o’clock we check out from the hotel and going to Brisbane Airport because we want to move on to Melbourne. After we touchdown at Melbourne International Airport, as usual we take suitcases and check in to the hotel which not far from the airport. Then, after we’re have a lunch, we go straight to Brighton Beach. It’s better place to take some photos or even videos, many artist use this place for taking photoshoot. Or you can upload your shoot to Instagram or another social media platform. And the last rundown will explain by Sari Marsela
So, the last but not least, in the last day, at 9 o’clock after breakfast, we taking a photo together before leaving the hotel, then we go back to Melbourne International Airport. At 3 pm, we take off by Garuda Indonesia and will be lay off to Ngurah Rai International Airport an then continue take off to Soekarno International Airport and will be touchdown at 8 am.

Costumer Service            : Hello, good morning!! It’s Mawar speaking, can I help you?
Melati                               : Yeah, I’m Melati, I was ordering milk pie, can I know when it probably                                                  arrived?
Customer Service            : My pleasure, please give me your booking code mam, and I’ll check yours.
Melati                               : uhm, wait a moment. (waiting 1-2minutes) and yeah here’s the code                                                     (C1012SR)
Customer service             : (typing the code) your order is 5 pack of original milk pie, right?
Melati                               : excuse me?! No, I was ordering 10 pack of original milk pie! How come                                               it can be changed into 5? (saying with angry rhyme)
Customer service             : (re-checking the data) oh I’m so sorry mam. I think we were having a                                                    mistakes while putting your order
Melati                               : So, how? I’m feeling so disappointed with this store service (still angry)
Customer service             : once again, I’m truly sorry with the inconvenience, mam. I’ll re-input                                                   your order and give you new booking code as soon as possible.
Melati                               : okay then, but I hope you don’t do this to another customer. I pity if                                                       there’s someone who has same thing like me
Customer service             : yes mam, we’ll improve it next time.
Melati                              : well, thankyou
Customer service             : you’re welcome (putting off the telephone)

Task 5 PROGRESS OF PHOTOGRAPHY AGENT


PHOTOGRAPHY AGENT
1.      Goals
To provide a photography agent and to give high quality photography services at an affordable price in the Depok area.
Benefit for our company
-          To give customers good service at an affordable price
-          to improve quality
-          To improve facilities and infrastructure
2.      Steps
·         Meeting with client
Discuss the photography concept (i.e wedding party, birthday party, graduation, etc), and come to an agreement on the down payment fee.
·         Preparing the photography tools
Prepare what is needed such as the camera, memory card, studio, location and props
·         Shooting process
The photographer will shoot the photos during the event as agreed
·         Editing process
The editor will edit the photos in the style the customer requests. The editing will enhance the photos to provide a better end product
·         Printing process
Print the photos with the size as client requested and also Install the frame to the photos
·         Payment Transactions
The customer need to pay off the rest of down payment and also take the photo to the agent

Has 2 years experience in accounting and finance staff, and also has a financial certification course

6.      How to solve a problem
(Location : in outdoor shoot problems)
The client don’t want to take a shoot in Depok. He wants to take a shoot in another district like Bali because he wants to feel another sensation of his pre wedding, so the agent ask for 3 days for booking a good spot for shoot.

7.      Fix a Problem
To avoid of getting miscommunication with the client, the agent ensure that the photo products are consistent with customer request
