PLANNING FOR A UNIQUE BUSINESS

In this era, people prefer do an online transaction. To make people interest, we do an innovation creating a supermarket without cashier. We provide application for complete the payment. Customer just click the stuff that you want to buy on the screen, then scan the QR code, and your purchase will be appear on the virtual cashier. The credits that you have top up on the app will be automatically cut off.

We choose this business because it can make people easier in doing transaction so people don’t need to bring cash when they’re shopping. Because the payment already done by application. We targeting this businnes to persons who already had a credit card in bank because the app need a credit card account to do an online payment. This mode of payment has paved way for the online shopping, with which you can simply buy items directly from your home without going anywhere. The age of heavy wallets is gone with the introduction of digital payment systems. If you have never tried making a transaction through these systems, you’re really missing out.

The benefit of our business with virtual cashier for the company are to attract people because of our unique payment system in that supermarket. Then the  company can save more money because we don’t need to hire the employees. And the benefit for the people are making easier in transaction with cashless system and minimize the pobability of pickpocket, and save more time. Carrying cash with you can sometimes get you into risky situations, as you can simply be robbed or you may even lose your wallet full of cash.

By now, you must have gotten a clear understanding of why cashless payment system is good for you both personally and financially. As a part of the society, it’s your responsibility to transform it into a better one by going digital. While doing so, make sure that you proceed with trusted systems.

Sarah                                     : Hi Guys! How are you?

Alif, Atika, Sari, Regina   : Hi sarah! We’re fine. What about you?

Sarah                                     : Yeah I’m fine too what are you up to guys?

Alif                                         : we do nothing sar haha. But I think we’re going to start a business.

Atika                                      : Yeah sar. We want do discuss about creating new business that will earn so much profit with spending little money.

Sari                                         : yes, that’s why we also invite you here to discuss

Regina                                  : you have told alif that you haven’t worked yet right?

Sarah                                     : oh I see, yeah I haven’t  got a job yet. Well I’ll join you guys. So what’s your plan? Hehehe

Alif                                         : what about if we make clothing convection? I’m sure this will be profitable

Atika                                      : what makes you really sure that it’ll be profitable?

Alif                                         : We don’t need to product many clothes, we jut make a different style of clothes with our design.

Sari                                         : It’s just the same way like you product a clothes I think

ALif                                        : well, we only produce one item for one design. Then we’ll show our design to the consumer. The consumer will see and they even can request to design thir cloth design. So the point is we just product what the customer has requested to us.

Regina                                  : wow hahaha that’s a good idea. And what about the administration?

Sarah                                     : Hearing from alif’s statement, I think we just need to prepating the design, budget, and the finishing progress. For administration I think we just product if we already deal with the customer if they already complete the transaction

Regina                                  : I agree with sarah. With this kind of business we don’t need to worry about how much the cloth that will be produce,

Atika                                      : Yeah re, we just do what the customer requested.

COMPARING 2 TREND BUSINESS IN 2019

So many lifestyle changes that happened in the beginning of 2019. It’s because of the technological development has changed the mindset of human race and now they can invent a communication tools which people can keep in touch from one to the other without worried about space and time. In this globalization era, technology also make some new innovations such as social media application and even a websites to make people easier to communicate to more than just their relatives, even they can meet new people from worldwide.

From that statement, we would like to comparing 2 types of trend business that exist in the past of 2019 until now. The first one is Bluebird Taxi. We know that five years back before 2019 people who wants to go by taxi should order in the taxi pool nearby, and must wait which taxi are ready to be driven then see wether the driver is available or not. The payment is depends on the argometer which appear near the driver. The argometer would change the price if it’s traffic jam. So if the passanger wants to go to far destination, the price of the taxi would be expensive. But now as the time goes by, we starting to know about android and iOS operating system and there we can download so many apps. One person has invented Go-Car by GO-JEK app that also has linked with Bluebird Group. People now don’t need to go to Bluebird pool to order a taxi. Just open the app then choose destination as you wish. People can see the price and it already fixed and won’t be changed. Another business is Tokopedia. This is an app which people can do either online shopping and transaction such as, paying electricity, tv cable/streaming, airplane ticket, and even tax. People used to pay those by going to certain office. And tokopedia build to fasciliate people who are busy with their work.

The way to operate both business are create an application which already available for android and ios operating system so people can download it directly. For Go-JEK, the app is not only for customers. Company also create one app for the driver to accept or reject the passenger if the driver could not reach the destination that passanger wants.

The benefit of using Go-Jek App for order bluebird taxi is the price of the trip is cheaper than before. Because by ordering through Go-Jek, the price is count on the app, not the argometer. Sometimes this app also has a promocode so it can be more cheaper. And the benefit for using tokopedia app is for the customer are easier, no time consuming, and more efficient

In our company, we have business investment by booking schedules and listing photoshoot packages through our company website. Our website is intended for customers so it’s easy to order or book photosoot activities and find out the list of photosoot packages in our company. Our website consists of several steps, that is:

1. Step 1: in the name column, write on your booking name
2. Step 2: in the column for the number of people, enter the number of people who will take the photoshoot
3. Step 3: in the date column, enter your booking date (if it’s white, the date hasn’t been booked and green, the date has been booked)
4. Step 4: in the photoshoot package column, select the photoshoot package you want
5. Step 5: in the telephone number column, enter your telephone number that can be contacted
6. Step 6: in the email column, enter your email address
7. Step 7: in the meeting date column, enter the date you want (if it’s white, the date hasn’t been booked and green, the date has been booked) the meeting will be held at 10:00 – 12:00 WIB every working day
8. Step 8: click the order confirmation button.
9. Step 9: You will receive an order confirmation by email from our company.

1. Is there a limit to the number of people in the photoshoot?

Every number of people in each photoshoot package has a different number of people.

2. If we choose a photoshoot package with a maximum of 10 people, while we are 12 people?

Will be discussed further at the meeting on the specified day.

3. Is there a price adjustment if it is like that?

Of course there will be price adjustments

Conclusion: so the conclusion of our presentation is that we provide photoshoot services by booking online through the website for time efficiency and increasing the effectiveness of work activities.
