Customer Service : My pleasure, please give me your booking code mam, and
I’ll check yours.
Melati :
uhm, wait a moment. (waiting 1-2minutes) and yeah here’s the code (C1012SR)
Customer service : (typing the code) your order is 5 pack of original
milk pie, right?
Melati :
excuse me?! No, I was ordering 10 pack of original milk pie! How come it can be
changed into 5? (saying with angry rhyme)
Customer service : (re-checking the data) oh I’m so sorry mam. I think we
were having a mistakes while putting your order
Melati :
So, how? I’m feeling so disappointed with this store service (still angry)
Customer service : once again, I’m truly sorry with the inconvenience,
mam. I’ll re-input your order and give you new booking code as soon as
possible.
Melati :
okay then, but I hope you don’t do this to another customer. I pity if there’s
someone who has same thing like me
Customer service : yes mam, we’ll improve it next time.
